I believe getting healthy and losing weight are two very different subjects. I’m going to help you do both!

Before I was a nutrition coach I was a depressed, anxious, and overweight professional with zero confidence, terrible brain fog, no energy, and no hope I’d ever feel better. It wasn’t until I stumbled on the world of lower carb eating that I discovered every single symptom I had was related to my diet, and specifically to my blood sugar, that I healed from all my symptoms and got my life back.
