I work one on one with clients, both in person and online, to create a personalized holistic plan, to move you towards your health goals. The goal isn’t only to get you to your goal, but to keep you there for the long haul. This is not a quick fix, there is no magic pill, but I will be with you every step of the way, I will be your biggest cheerleader! Because we are all bio-individuals, your plan will be unique to you. I will make personalized dietary, lifestyle, and supplemental recommendations. The Functional Evaluation

If we meet in person, I may perform a Functional Evaluation and Lingual-Neuro Testing. These hands-on evaluative techniques give me a glimpse into what is going on inside your body, identifying imbalances and blockages, and allows me to correctly choose nutrients and supplements that will work for you. With these assessments, I am able to create a personalized health plan geared specifically to you. This is a powerful tool that when paired with the foundational approach I take to health, can lead to significant improvements and lasting results.
