Nutritional Therapy takes a holistic approach to health and wellness.
With Nutritional Therapy, there is a focus on the body as a whole, looking for root causes of imbalances and deficiencies and correcting them with proper nutrition, lifestyle changes and supplementation. During Nutritional Therapy we focus on a foundational approach to health and wellness. Those foundations are:

As a Nutritional Therapist I use a wide array of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how they may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns. Once these imbalances are identified, we will work together to develop an individualized plan to move you towards wellness and achieve your personal health goals. Your plan will be designed to fit you and your lifestyle, it will include moving you towards wellness and achieving your personal health goals. As a Nutritional Therapist, I do not diagnose or treat disease, what I strive to do is educate, inform and guide you on a path to wellness.
